WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLICK-LOC CHALLENGE?
Prepare for an engaging challenge involving a work stand featuring three standard aerospace products and three Click-Loc products, each serving the same purpose. Participants will need to expertly remove the safety wire while capturing FOD on the three standard fittings, subsequently loosening all six fittings. The task continues as participants will reinstall all six components to precise torque specifications, ensuring the safety wire is reapplied to the three standard hardware items in adherence to industry standards. Detailed instructions will be thoroughly explained to participants before they embark on this thrilling challenge. Here’s what you need to know about the event:
• The challenge is timed, and there are provisions for error penalties.
• All required tools and materials will be provided.
• No specific skill level prerequisite is necessary – everyone is welcome!
• Prizes await the top 3 competitors showcasing the best completion time.
