The Click-Loc Challenge

We are pleased to participate in the 2024 Logistics Officers Association Symposium!

The Click-Loc Challenge is a skill event that compares the installation of Safety Wire to Click-Loc® Self-Locking Technology.

The challenge station will consist of a work stand with three standard aerospace fittings and three Click-Loc fittings that serve the same function. Each participant will be required to remove safety-wire while capturing the FOD on three standard fittings, loosen all six fittings, then reinstall all six to proper torque specifications, reinstalling safety-wire on the three standard aerospace fittings to industry standards.

The event will take place at Click-Loc booth #311 on Wednesday (March 27th) and Thursday (March 28th).

This will be a timed event, with provisions for error penalties. Tools and other necessary materials will be provided. Specific instructions will be reviewed with participants prior to starting the challenge.

While this is competitive in nature, we intend this to be a challenge that is FUN, with no prerequisite for skill level. All will be welcome to participate by selecting a time slot to register below.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 competitors demonstrating the best completion time.
